Description
Vaquero is one of our more developed coffees.
There’s no oils, so a lot of second wave roasters would consider this a medium roast. That’s okay, it still checks most of those dark roast boxes. It has a full mouthfeel, rich chocolate notes, and takes well to cream and milk.
This blend is composed of a Washed Process Honduran and a Natural Process Ethiopian.
