Vaquero is our most developed coffee.
There’s no oils, so a lot of second wave roasters (+ my grandpa) would consider this a medium roast. That’s okay, it still checks most of those dark roast boxes –
Rich chocolate notes? Check
Full-bodied mouthfeel? Check
Splash of oat milk or cream? Check!
