Girma Tamiru Ethiopia – Washed

Description

This coffee comes from the renowned Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
Grown on Girma Tamiru’s 2.5-hectare farm at an elevation of 2,170 m.a.s.l. where Heirloom varieties are shade grown beneath a canopy of false banana trees.

The coffee is fully washed for a clean, sweet cup profile, then sun-dried on raised beds.
Harvest takes place from November through January, with a dedicated team of permanent and seasonal workers supporting production.
