We handle returns according to the type of item ordered, so please read below for more information on how we handle the item you’ve ordered. Coffee Beans and teas: If you received a different bean than you ordered, please email us at info@elementalcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the beans that arrived. We will replace with the correct item. If you’ve changed your mind, we get it! Because we roast our coffee fresh and it should be consumed within a certain date to ensure quality, please return your coffee order with a postmark date of no more than one week after your purchase date and a note with instructions for exchange or refund.
Equipment and merchandise, we allow a 14-day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn’t fit your needs, please return your items and a note that includes your order number, full name, and instructions for exchange or refund to our store at:

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment and merchandise or 7 days for coffee beans. We do not refund shipping charges.
