Skydance is the name of a local sculpture spanning a pedestrian bridge over interstate 40 in Oklahoma City. It’s also the name of this blend that bridges lightly roasted, high quality coffee with approachability for the masses.
A naturally processed Ethiopian & washed process Honduran coffee team up to create a light roast that with big fruit notes & bright acidity.
We use Skydance in-house for everything from batch brew to espresso.
