Abirham Jareso is a 50-year-old coffee famer; he was born and raised in Sugale town. He has eight kids and produces top-quality Yirgacheffe coffee on his 6 hectares of land.
Historically, tracing a coffee back to a specific Ethiopian farmer has been nearly impossible due to Ethiopian laws & regulations. That all changed in 2018 when modifications were made that enable milling stations to sell coffee directly to an exporter without going through the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX).
It’s this change that’s enabled us to source this special coffee from Abirham Jareso, a 50 year old coffee farmer borned & raised in Sugale, east of Lake Abaya.
Abirham has eight kids & produces top-quality Yirgacheffe coffee on just 6 hectares of land.
