Description
This experimental lot was grown & processed by Jairo Arcila at his farm, Santa Monica. The coffee cherries were hand picked at maximum ripeness  & processed with wine yeast & coconut for 72 hours.
This is a very limited release. We only have enough to fill around 130 bags. Don’t sleep on this stellar offering with notes of Coconut cream, Honey, Vanilla, Mango & Citrus.
