In 2008, Elemental Coffee Roasters entered the Oklahoma City scene as the first third wave micro-roaster, on a quest to source, sample, import, roast and deliver the finest coffees available in the world. We built our wholesale customer base and found local coffee friends who enthusiastically embraced our offerings and spread the word.

Opening in 2011, our café location on Hudson & 8th was a beacon in an underdeveloped district, designed for community conversation and as a place to showcase our coffees and deliver them to our standards. Loyal Elemental drinkers still have fond memories of ordering espresso drinks out the alley garage door while we built out the space. From a desire to bring people to Midtown, we joined forces with fledgling companies, Ludivine and Coop Ale, to give birth to the epic food truck festival, H & 8th Night Market, bringing 40,000 visitors to the monthly event at its height, launching food trucks, non-profits, brick and mortar locations, and changing the face of our district.

We believe Oklahoma City deserves the best- from the world’s finest coffees, to the universally designed locally sourced food menu, from our community hub on Hudson, to H & 8th Night Market, to our new location at the Will Rogers World Airport.
